What are your return policies?

Since most of my designs are custom-made and mostly made-to-order, all items are considered final-sale. However, I want you to be happy and to love your new jewelry as much as I do, so should you have any issues with anything, please contact me right away and we can resolve the issue together.

Can I request a different size?

Since most of my designs are custom-made and mostly made-to-order, you can request the size that suits you best! With that being said, our ready to ship items cannot be resized.

What materials do you use?

I source all my materials from top-quality, reputable suppliers who I have established great relationships with. I use ethically sourced natural, or lab-created precious and semi-precious gemstones. My designs are created using high-quality, solid 14k gold (yellow or white), Recycled Fine Silver (.999), and Sterling Silver (.925) and Bronze. I do not offer gold-plating, but rather some of my pieces can be fused with 24k gold using an ancient technique called Keum-Boo.
